A cycle that skips the landfill
Every PPP product is born from waste another industry discarded. This is how the cycle works, from start to finish - and back to the start.

Collection
We pick up silage bale film and agricultural and salmon-farming plastics (HDPE) directly from the fields and plants of southern Chile.

Sorting and washing
We separate the material by resin type (HDPE, LLDPE and others), then wash it and prepare it for its new life.

From design to on-site installation
We don't just manufacture: we support every project with personalized technical advice, training and installation, for operations of any size.

Reservoir lining
We waterproof water, slurry and effluent reservoirs with HDPE geomembrane from 1.5 to 3 mm thick, sealed on site.

Stall bed installation
We manufacture and install beds for dairy cattle in housing sheds, made to fit each shed.

Custom-made special fittings
Our technicians build any part to order, from pipe yokes to mobile calf shelters.

Water network installation
We design and install drinking-water and livestock water networks, from the source to the last drinker.

Butt-fusion and electrofusion
HDPE joints in the workshop and on site, with specialised technicians and equipment.

HDPE and LDPE repairs
We restore irrigation reels, storage ponds, stall beds, tanks for water, fuel or agrochemicals, and truck fuel bladders.

Gutter installation
With our pipes over 8 inches in diameter we make gutters for rainwater.

Our in-house laboratory tests the mechanical, physical and chemical properties of every material according to its end use. That is how we can guarantee recycled products that perform like new.

PPP is born in Puerto Montt, recovering plastic waste from salmon farming.
- 2019
Strategic shift towards agriculture and livestock: silage bale film becomes our main raw material.
- 2020
More than 2.6 million kg of CO₂e avoided thanks to the material processed.
- 2026
Together with Corfo, we validate a recycled-plastic irrigation system in Llanquihue with over 65% water efficiency, powered by solar energy.
